Forms

St. Brigid School utilizes FACTS Student Information System (SIS) to collect forms online for new and returning students.

These forms will be provided during the admissions process for new applicants and at the time of re-enrollment for current students.

Families who are active, registered members of a Catholic parish ​who wish to apply for a tuition subsidy, must contact the ​pastor of their parish to complete the application process.
